Nandprayag is a small village in the upper Garhwal region of Uttarakhand at the confluence of two rivers – the Alaknanda and the Nandakini, which emanate from high mountain glaciers in the Upper Himalayas. It has a long tradition of trade with Tibet in the past. Indian (Union Agriculture Secretary) and Chairman (Retd.) of The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). He is India’s longest serving Union Agriculture Secretary and former Chairman of FSSAI. Mr Bahuguna guides and mentors our business through regulatory requirements, both locally and internationally, and directs the business towards emerging opportunities opened by various Free Trade Agreements. He represents the firm in government and key industry forums.
A Chartered Accountant and former banker, Vinayak Bahuguna was the CEO & MD of the Asset Reconstruction Company India Ltd (ARCIL) where he received the CXO Business Leader Award from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2020. He manages the day to day affairs of the firm and international sales.
Tanvi Bahuguna is a post graduate in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and works with our consumer interface and product design for the Retail (to be launched) market.
Sheel Aggarwal is an ex-banker with 4 decades of experience in operations and commercial lending. He is the CFO tasked to manage Accounting , Taxation and Resource mobilisation.
An alumnus from G.B. Pant Univ of Agri and Tech, Dr Naithani brings three decades of experience with 23 years in Tata Group. Erstwhile Chief Agronomist with Israel Chemicals Limited, he has played a key role in driving business excellence at Tata Chemicals Limited.
Anupam Raturi brings vast industry experience of Sales in several industries over 3 decades. He handles domestic sales and material procurement.
